Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern access to and use of the Satisfact.io service, a SaaS platform for customer feedback management and online reputation, published by DHANIS SRL, with its registered office at Rue des Robiniers 68, B-7024 Mons, Belgium (BCE: BE0790690946).

Any registration or use of the service implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Service description

Satisfact.io offers a service enabling businesses to:

  • Create and distribute customer satisfaction surveys
  • Collect and analyse responses in real time
  • Detect and manage dissatisfied customers via an alert system
  • Generate analysis reports assisted by artificial intelligence
  • Publish an embeddable review widget on their website
  • Redirect satisfied customers to public review platforms

3. Registration and user account

Access to the service requires the creation of an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted from their account. In the event of unauthorised use, the user must immediately notify us at [email protected].

4. Free trial

Satisfact.io offers a 14-day free trial, with no commitment and no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, the user may subscribe to a paid plan or continue on the free plan with limited features.

5. Pricing and payment

Subscription prices are displayed excluding taxes on the website pricing page. Applicable VAT will be added at the time of payment.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. The subscription is automatically renewed at each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the chosen plan). The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account.

In the event of late or failed payment, access to the service may be suspended following notification.

6. Data ownership

The user retains full ownership of the data they collect via Satisfact.io. We undertake not to exploit, sell or transfer this data to third parties, except where required by law or upon the explicit request of the user.

Data is hosted in Europe and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Service availability

We make every effort to ensure optimal service availability, without however guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure reasons.

In the event of prolonged unavailability, we undertake to inform users as soon as possible.

8. Liability

Satisfact.io is a customer feedback management tool. We shall not be held liable for the use made by the user of the data collected, nor for the direct or indirect consequences of such use.

The user is solely responsible for the content of their surveys and their compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, applicable legislation, etc.).

Our liability shall not be engaged in the event of malfunction, error, omission, interruption, failure, transmission delay or computer virus.

9. Termination

The user may terminate their account at any time from their account settings. No refund shall be made for the current period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these T&Cs, fraudulent or abusive use of the service, or non-payment.

Following termination, user data will be retained for a period of 30 days, allowing for potential recovery. After this period, it will be permanently deleted.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the Satisfact.io service (software, design, text, logos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of DHANIS SRL.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Amendments to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes by email or via a notification on the service.

Continued use of the service following amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Mons, Belgium.
